-- Liz has owned and operated the "Cowan's" business for over 20 years with her husband Ken. They currently reside in Vancouver,B.C. where Ken is actively involved in the health food industry. Liz is now involved in the development of our website on a daily basis.

-- As a graduate from the Health and Fitness program at Fanshawe College, London Ontario, Sarah has made health a major part of her life. From college she went on to a job for a highly respected Vitamin and Herbal Supplement company as a sales representative in Southwestern Ontario. Later taking on the position of managing the long established family business "Cowan's", Sarah is continuing the tradition started by her parents in 1981. Payment Policy
Cowans Country Store accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Your orders will be charged at time of shipment. All payments are made in Canadian currency. No COD, CASH or CHEQUES please. Cowans Country Store reserves the right to limit quantities purchased.

Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and a copy of your invoice. Returned unopened items within 30days from date of purchase, and are subject to a restocking charge and/or non-refund of shipping charges. Please email, or phone for authorizationn numbers and shipping instructions. All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of date received. No collect shipments will be accepted.

Back Orders
In the event that an item ordered is not available at the time your order is shipped you will be contacted by phone or email to determine whether to
a) hold your order until backorders are filled (up to 15 days from receiving of order)
b) ship your order immediately and cancel backorder
c) ship partial order, and fill your backorder when stock is available (within 15 days of order) Shipping charges will apply for orders and partial orders.
You will only be billed for items shipped.

Shipping Method
All orders to Canadian destinations are shipped Canadian Post Xpresspost.
All orders to U.S. destinations are shipped Canada Post – Xpresspost USA.with a flat shipping fee of $15.50 CDN.
United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. All United States sales are FINAL.

Sales Tax
All Canadian orders are applicable to Federal(GST) and Provincial taxes to items sold and shipped within Canada
United States – Orders placed and shipped to outside of Canada are exempt from Canadian and Provincial sales tax. Cowans Country Store is NOT responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped outside of Canada.
